Are we legally prepared for climate change?
Jessie Gomberg, a PhD student at the University of British Columbia with a background in Law, is investigating good governance related to sea level rise, climate justice, and equity. For the study, she conducted ten interviews, as well as a literature review, grounding the conceptual framework of regulatory barriers.
