Workshop
January 25, 2024

Overview

This workshop brought together a diverse group of participants to collaboratively explore flood governance in British Columbia through concept mapping. By visualizing relationships within the flood and water management systems, the activity helped surface gaps, conflicts, and overlooked connections. Participants included Indigenous knowledge holders, provincial staff, consultants, and academics—fostering a space for shared learning and identifying opportunities to strengthen flood governance in the province.
